Black Hole Cosplay Events primary focus is to create an envrionment where you get cool images and the photographers can create some cool shots. As such, we will use photos taken at the event - both key images and behind the scenes photos - to promote future events. On this website, we endeavour to provide clear credit for both photographers and cosplayers/models to ensure recognition of everyone’s skill.
Under Australian copyright law, the copyright for an image and decisions about its use rests with the photographer who created the image. However, it is important to note that sometimes there are extenuating reasons why an image should not be shared online.
Cosplayers/Models: If you would like an image of yourself removed from this website, please reach out to us using either the contact form on this site, or via instagram or the email address in the footer of this page with a link to the image you would like removed and the reason why. We will endeavour to review and act on these swiftly.

Black Hole Cosplay Events respects the privacy of personal information of visitors to this website and is bound by the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 and other laws which protect your privacy. Under these principles, personal information is that which identifies you as an individual or from which your identity can be reasonably ascertained - such as your name, address or phone number.
We aim to collect limited information from you directly through this website, though in the future this may include collating email addresses for a newsletter. Signing on for a event day will be conducted through a third-party studio management system and will require personal details to be collected as part of the payment and registration process.
We will take the utmost care to protect the information you submit to us. However, unfortunately not data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
