Terms of service.

1. All persons attending a Black Hole Cosplay Events event do so at their own risk. Attendees must follow all directions given by the organisers and conduct themselves safely at the event and around photographic equipment.

2. The organisers reserve the right to eject and attendee for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests. This includes aggresive or antisocial behaviour or any behaviour that could be considered discriminatory.

3. By attending an event as a cosplayer or model, you give permission for images created of yourself to be shared on social media platforms and on this website.

4. Persons under the age of 18 must bring along a responsible guardian over the age of 18 and inform their photographer that they are a minor. A model release form will be provided and must be signed by an official parent or guardian prior to attendance.

5. Attendees understand that they may be filmed or photographed whilst attending a Black Hole Cosplay Event and that these images may be used to promote future events through social media channels or this website.
